| Re: overtraining i just looked through other peoples routenes and noticed most people do 5 to 6 diffrent exercises per trainning day e.g
barbell curls 5x5
bent rows 5x5
reverse flys 5x5
up right tows 5x5
side raises 5x5
dead lift 5x5
how can this be enough to get good gains when the biceps are only getting isolated once in this routene and there only doing it once a week
does my muscles not need to be sore the next day or after for it to have worked |
