Re: Warming up muscles

I've always gone for 5-6 mins max warm up say on a step or bike just to get the bpm up a bit. 15 mins maybe a bit too much.

Try lowering it to 5-6 mins and see if it works for you and give you a bit more energy during your actual workout.
