You'll do well with what I have said, its only

Same on SLDL.

For a big man like you that'll be okay, even for a first workout in a long time. I'd expect you to feel sore for a while but ignore the pain, its temporary.

Within a month you want to be taking the same reps with 40kgs jumps, hence:

60x5
100x5
140x5
180x5
220x5

This is your short term target at 20 stones. Get yourself a good powerlifting belt at some point too.
