I'll post again after I get a chance to go for the x-ray and find out more.
hi mate when i was having problems with my back i went to BUPA its not as dear as you might think.
i had an x.ray(which you get the results strait away).
and a consultation for £80.
then i got refered back to the NHS and got an MRI scan there.
my back problems were mainly caused by tight hamstrings,so you could try training them first when doing legs.
also having a leg massage might help.
