Training legs Good morning everyone,
Tonight i am training my legs for the first time in about 5 years!
I have been back in the gym now for 3 months after 3 years out due to breaking my arm!
I currently train 3 times a week and its going well, so as from today i am going go 4 times a week and include a day for legs.
But my training partner wants to train every heavy, and i think we should start off light and increase the weight as the weeks go on, because we are both big guys (6ft 20+ stone mark) and are used to carrying weight around on are legs.
i think if we train hard we will not be able to walk the next day!
