however Pscarb give you the best advices so it`s all good
dont bother with spending your money on those slenderthing things. as for supplements I`d start with fish oils and multi, and protein only when you start going to the gym. ohh, and read and educate yourself on nutrition and exercise, knowing what to do /and why/ is half the battle.
