What i advise, just from personall exp is to do Romanian Deadlifts.
Im sure you already know what these are. Also, where your feet are, just place 2 weight plates on the floor and put your toes on them.
When your deadlifting, you will really feel the emphasis on your hamstrings.
In my first set it never reaches the floor with the straight leg, but by the last set im getting to the floor with the BB and maintaining my form.
Can you reach and touch your toes with your legs locked ?
And do things like that ?
