| Re: Carb Cycling the majority of my pre-comp diet is the DB has laid out and it works very good, you need to slightly increase your good fats when you drop your carbs and then lower the GF when you raise the Carbs.

Medium - C250g - P300g - F75g
High - C500g - P200g - F50g |
