i had the same injury as u. yes it is a common injury and in alot of cases it will settle down over time with pt. but in my case it did'nt it got worst and my shoulder blade started to wing and became very painfull. i have had months of pt, loads of xrays and an mri. to cut a long story short i had an operation two weeks a go to remove some of the bone from the end of the collarbone which will hopefully sort it out. my advice to you is to just see how it goes it may just settle down and you'll be fine, if not see a phyiso and get some scans done. best of luck mate.
