got one at the gym and im able to keep my hips tilted better... psychological thing?

as explained i have a pelvic tilt due to tight hammies.. so deadlifts and squats can be a hassle for me if i don't really watch my technique..

views on pro's and cons of the machine as opposed to barbell deads?
I'd deal with your pelvic tilt first mark rather than looking to avoid it...
