hey gents.. just curious as to your views on a regular deadlift and using a machine like this..
got one at the gym and im able to keep my hips tilted better... psychological thing?
as explained i have a pelvic tilt due to tight hammies.. so deadlifts and squats can be a hassle for me if i don't really watch my technique..
views on pro's and cons of the machine as opposed to barbell deads?
