Re: shoulder problem

Sound advice from Para,

Sounds like impingement - rest it now - as in right now, make use of anti inflammatories and whatever you do don't train or you can look forward to three or four nights of no sleep no matter how many painkillers you take.

Rest it up for at LEAST 10-14 days then start back very slowly.

Suggest doing very light L -flys when you start back to strenghten and support the affected area - i know they helped me.

Ive also stopped flat benching, upright rowing, any sort of press behind the neck and all other movements that can destroy the rotator cuffs.

Good luck
