| shoulder problem hey bros.
trained shoulders on tuesday did m press with olympic bar got out 2 reps on 70kg.
then did seated smith machine press got 80kg 5x4 and the seated side raises.
yesterday and today have been feeling shoulders not doms, but like ligament/joint pain everytime i pull some thing towards me eg hand brake on car or even when turning the wheel whilst driveing, opening or closing doors etc.
just been to train back got 3 excercises dne and then soulders just went.
wat could it be? i think ive over stretched some thing in my shoulder? wat do you bros think?
