Appologies to the O.P. as this is somewhat of a thread hijack...
9Pack in which case what would you prescribe as a 3 day split for a natty?
A sample routine of mine is this:
Pull
Deads
Pulls Ups (Palms facing) / Lat Pulldowns
Rows (Palms facing if Lat Pulldowns were done)
Legs
Squats
SLDL
Push
Bench (Different month, different flavour)
Dips
OHP
CGBP
I'm smoked at the end of each workout, using cyclical progression to increase the weight and hit failure on most exercises and most workouts.
If a natty can train like an assisted trainee how would you change the above?
(Not flaming BTW - am genuinely interested)
