Are you legs honed through years of un-assisted training though?
Without going through the full "Red Dwarf" scene I'd be willing to stake my reputation ("What reputation?", "Well I'm hoping to gain one...." etc etc etc) on the fact that natural trainees simply cannot train the same way that assisted trainees can.
Sadly I'm unable to back this up by entering a p1ssing contest with anyone and whipping out my massive legs/guns/wings etc (before anyone starts :rolleye11) |
This is true to an extent, but not as much as a lot of natties think. In reality it's actually the gear users that would benefit from not using quite so many drop sets, forced negatives & supersets etc. A natty can still train hard & go to failure, but this is where we
all need to stop (with only the occasional use of these techniques). Granted, the non natty may see greater results for the effort, but this does not mean that a natty can't train the same way.
