On the subject of which movements are best & spike natural test & GH, as a general rule, free standing movements will place a slightly higher neurological stress on the system & may result in higher test/GH levels. I think in the real world though, the degree to which this is noticeable in your physique over leg press & similar movements is not visible.
So long as you go heavy enough to challenge the muscle & keep good form I don't think it matters. As I've said before, I've never done so much as a single rep of traditional back squats & my legs aren't too bad. |

Are you legs honed through years of un-assisted training though?
Without going through the full "Red Dwarf" scene I'd be willing to stake my reputation ("What reputation?", "Well I'm hoping to gain one...." etc etc etc) on the fact that natural trainees simply cannot train the same way that assisted trainees can.
Sadly I'm unable to back this up by entering a p1ssing contest with anyone and whipping out my massive legs/guns/wings etc (before anyone starts :rolleye11)
