Paul - what about for natural trainee's who are able to squat (obviously your previous back injuries preclude you from squatting) - squatting (and also I beleive deadlifting) has been shown to increase Bioavailable Test and massively increase natty GH production...
While for an experienced BB'er such as yourself who already has large thighs enhancing definition is the key, the rest of us are just trying to pack on some mass.
Or have I read it wrong and are you saying you rate leg press as a better mass builder than Squats?
