| Tom, I would eat 6 meals a day spaced out.
Drink lots of water.
Keep the carbs low in the Glycemic Index (GI), eat your veggies. I myself keep the carbs, proteins and fats all together in a meal.
Dont eat more than 500 cals in any one sitting.
Do your weights first then you can do your cardio.
Or do your cardio first thing in the morning.
I know you are in a hurry but the only other approach is Atkins for about 3 weeks then you can go back to something like 40/30/30
