| SQUATS? How should i go about doing my squats?
I mean with regards to how many i should do? and how i should carry them out?, ie: in sets or all at once. I tried them in sets but it becomes a annoyance when trying to get the bar on my shoulders. (shoulders get fatigued also not got the proper rack to sit it on)
I'm currently squat lifting about 49kg and am doing 35 in one go, is this going to build muscle or just damage me?
