| Re: AM i Doing this right? confused?? the way i do it - if you can do 3 sets of 10 reps the weight is too light.. once you hit that, increase the weight slightly so you are doing 10 reps for the first 2 sets but can only push about 7-9 reps for the last set. work at that till you hit the 3 sets at 10 reps then increase the weight again.
