You HAVE to progressively load.
Just doing the same weight over and over will make you good at exactly that.... lifting the same weight. It won't make you stronger like progressive resistance will. |
That seems to make more sense to me. I'd do that. Even if you do them at your local gym, buy some and take them down with you!
