| Re: MyProtein customer service It's a tough one, you didn't get notification of a parcel and myprotien will have to pay to send it again. Obviously the mail company are at fault but i would be suprised they will accept responsibilty. I guess the fairest outcome is that you go halves on postage. Deffo give them a ring, i've spoke to customer services before and the guy i dealt with was exellent (which is rare these days) |
