| Cardio Work Ive just been on holiday and have a bit of unwanted fat around the stomach area. Im looking to do some cardio to burn this off.
Before my holiday i had more or less a six pack.
My diet will be the same as before the holiday so im just looking for extra cardio to try and burn it off.
I do cardio at rugby training on wednesday, saturday and a match is on sunday.
Should i do cardio before a gym session on monday, tues and thurs or after it.
Maybe something like treadmill, bike, rowing machine etc. whats the best ? |
