| Re: Abs/Stomach Usually 3 times a week, but it depends. In reality compound movements do work your core such as squats but alough a lot of people hate ab work I actually like it haha. I usually do wood choppers, hanging leg raises, sit up's, cable crunches etc. But always with resistance. Waste of time doing a 100 reps of sit ups when I can stick a 10kg or more plate on my chest (or behind head) and do say 20 reps, much more beneficial. |
