i train very early in the morning when im at uni and breakfast is usually oats and a shake then train and another shake after gym wit a bannana could i just take it before gym or is it everyday?
one i read says before gym other says 4 servings a day.
oh and yea im trying to get some good lean mass on me and increase my strength.
by simple carbs, atre they oats, taty, bannana?? this correct lol
im considering adding oats into my post work out shake if that helps |
