i'll take it you want to be bigger and stronger... creatine will work upto a point.. but needs to be cycled and if its mono needs to be taken with simple carbs to uptake properly... forget the preloading thats abit of cr@p....
you also need to up your water intake as well!...
if you dont have the cash.. then get your folks to buy you some steak.. as that has creatine in it!
