Hello all, have been trying to read in to this but it seems people use different nuts. I am using nuts currently for part of a mid morning snacl along with a protein shake. But on a cycle what are the best nuts and how much should you use?
For example the walnuts in front of me - 100g bag gives me
689 kcal
14.7g Protein
3.3g Carbs
2.6g of which sugars - rest is starch
68.5g of Fat
5.6g Saturates
12.4g mono-unsaturates
47.5g polyunsaturates
Fibre 3.5g
Would these be good? Or mixed nuts? Or what would be good with what amounts please.
