It seemed to work for myself but i have not tried anything to compare it to. i was using 1 scoop because when i used 2 scoops i couldn't get to sleep! never mind using 3 scoops.
it was a bit pricey £30 for 15 scoops!
taste was bad!
any1 got other types to use so i can compare it to? |
