Re: Lean bulk - 1st Cycle - Empty Stomach Cardio

These days I always do fasted cardio 6 days per week, tread mill, incline walk.
Only difference for me between bulk and cut is the duration.

By doing this with a good clean diet, you should be able to add nice amounts of lean muscle.

As mentioned above mate, you may need to up the EQ a little for best effect.
