| Re: Marsbars Journey to the NABBA North West First Timers delts today .. 4 sets of seated machine press ..few rest pauses and drop sets. Cable laterals .. did these leaning over to the side doing the lifting to really isolate. Did 1 straight set of these then on my second set did 2 drops. Finished off with rear laterals supersetted with upright rows. Did some light biceps work to finish (doing arms twice a week at the mo).
The lad who's helping me is getting a look at me tomorrow to assess where I'm it .. fingers crossed I'm on track. |
