My training is very much like Dorian Yates' in Blood and Guts DVD.

You can see some clips on Supercells Arnold Classic thread.

At this moment in time out training is

Chest and Triceps

Back and Calves

Delts and Biceps

Quads and Hams

Over a 7 day period, Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat.

This is too much, and will be cut back shortly.

Chest and tricps today for example was:

Bench Press

2 warm ups

180kg x 5
200kg x 1

50 Degree Inc Flye

35kg x 10
50kg x 9+1f

Bench Press Machine

1 set to failure, + one drop.

Parallel Tricep Dips

BW x 10
20kg x 10
40kg x 8ish plus a drop to BW

Reverse Grip Push down

3/4 stack x 12
Stack x 15ish (to failure) + one drop

Bench Press is weaker than normal due to delts not recovering on this split from Friday, and I'd not done dips for triceps for a couple of months.
Too much volume... You'll never grow on that.... :rolleye11
