| worth it? im just starting out and have just about sorted the diet out and the training but imstill wondering about creatine i have used it before but was a knee jerk reaction when a few lads frm school were using it when i was 17. and waste of money i didnt use it regularly or correctly just took a scoop before gym lol
is it wort it or should i wait a few months before i look at it. im skint so dont want to waste te doh i have if its not proven to help me at all id rather leave it cheers guys
