Diet is as follows

7am Oats - six egg whites 3 yolks
9.30am chicken rice brocolli
12.00 same as 9.30am
3.00 post workout Garnell protein shake - cashew nuts
6.00 lean mince rice peppers
9.00 protein shake - nuts and seeds

Supps Fish oils 3 x day 1000mg, MultiVit, Calcium, Creatine, Glutamine

No fat burners as yet - may introduce Eph the last 2 weeks of diet
