| Yah, I just finished it today at work. I did find it interesting the foods that naturally blocked estrogen. The food he refered to as cruciferous. I have heard broccoli but not stuff like cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts (yuck), and such.
Also having an orgasim can raise test levels too.
And about cortisol levels, another guy that talks about this about being a stress hormone.
