Hey peeps, dont no how many people use these as a supplement but i do and actually go over the daily rda, not by much tho......dont seem to bother my system
The only problem i am having are very sore nipples which are itchy. Its started today, any advice on this? Im presuming its just my test levels going back to normal as they were very low but im not sure. |
