| Re: RC Exercise oh my god ,right about the circus trick....i suffer bad as ive dislocated my left shoulder over 150 times i try to do the rotator cuff exercise where you put your arms out to the side bend at the elbows then pivot 90 degrees up n down with a light weight.if i do it too much my shoulder falls out so i have to be carefull.9ps i always been told at 38 im too young for shoulder replacement surgery.been offered the cheap alternative but thaat has to be repeated every 5 years.what a waste of taxpayers money. |
