| RC Exercise Am i right in thinking somone suggested for rotator cuff training to take a long peice of wood, metal bar-- hold it out in front of you at arms length and bring it up and over and behind to your lower back.
When i saw the Physio he said my shoulders were very stiff (inflexible)
I could only manage 5 reps before they were burning like hell...
anyone heard of this? im sure i read it on here somwhere?
