| Me wrist be killing me! (Not the farmers like ARNIE!) Sorry could not resist. Any way my wrist always seems to hurt. Even before I took up kick boxing. Its my left wrist. I find it so hard to do close grip work at times and well it just hurts at times when im not doing weights(well day after you know)
I think it may be a mild RSI as I have been on a pc for about 17 years now and I hammered it a lot tbh. Other than go to the doctors is there any thing I can do? (Maybe do what them monk guys do break there wrist a few times to strengthen it? - although not practical with my job!)
