| Re: no pain no gain??? i have only been training a shot while and like 6 weeks or so and i spent the first monthdoing 2x 20 to ensure my muscles,tendons etc were not prone to injury. but also i havent really been thinking of getting that much biggar as im 168lbs at the moment and thats what i fight at i could probs try going up but i dont eat enough, i was hopeing id loose a bit of the flab and also look better be stronger. |
