Thanks TH&S,
I think my form is good! I am quite tall with crap proportions (legs too long for body) So I squat with a wide stance and dead lift with the weights on a small platform (a few inches) untill I get better flexibility. I am paranoid about my back hunching whilst lifting, could I be hyperextending as a result? If so could this give some discomfort?
