| Damaging Back or not. Hi chaps, sorry if this seems like a silly question:
Is there any general rule of thumb to know when back pain is just bad DOMS or it is actually painful because your back is being abused? For example If I have a day of squatting deadlifting I get a little discomfort the next day and a lot of discomfort on day 2! Pain is In the very lower back just above and to the left and right of the tail bone! Lifting around 100kg squats and 110kg dead so small lifts.
Oh I have only introduced deads into my routine around 3-4 months ago!
