| Re: friday's deadlift I did have an issue in my lower back for ages bro, it was a nightmare. I think the cause was a bent bar at our gym and poor flooring where we squat and deadlift. I thought it was to do with my Sciatic nerve as only one side was affected. It first started at a show in 2006, I was warming up with about 3 plates a side and dropping in to the squat fast somthing popped in my hip. I kept training with the injured hip for week's, I think one side was compensating for the other as I started to twist during the up part of my squat. I only noticed I was doing this after filming my workout's. My lower back got worse when deadlifting heavy. My routine at the time was mon - squat fri - deadlift... Since changing to wed's squat friday deadlift it seem's to have cleared up. Have you got any vid's of you squating?
