yeh, i made sure i eat the right stuff aswell, i just wanted something extra as im sure alot of people on here do, like with every meal have a shake, but like i said i heard that you need to be carefull what you buy, as it could end up being crap, but by the sounds of things bodyfortress isn`t so good so i`ll look elsewhere. |
