Creatine needs a simple sugar? (someone clarify this for me?) 500g from memory.
Just buy it from one of the bulk people such as
www.myprotein.co.uk as brand makes no difference - its just a reason to charge you more!
Creatine doesn't work for everyone though, and if you eat plenty of steak, you won't need it at all ;)
