Did my measurements yesterday and compared to 3 weeks ago ( only started diet 2 weeks ago) so all is going to plan - sitting at about 20% bodyfat - need to be approx 15 to compete and approx 7-14lb of bodyfat to lose - this is going to be an interesting journey ! Since starting the diet i have lost 5lb - added 1/4 inch to my back - lost a little from waist - an inch from my hips and about an inch off the thighs - my goals are now to add more muscle to arms and carry on shaping my hams and glutes - pics to follow
