Back seated row. weight 40 reps 12 / weight 46 reps 8 X2 / weight 32 reps 15
latpulldown. Weight 47 reps 12 / weight 54 reps 8 X2 / same but shoulders
Shoulder press. Weight 32 reps 12 / weight 39 reps 8 X2
Triecep pull down. Weight 55 reps 12 / weight 65 reps 8 X2 / weight 45 reps 15
Barbell curl X4 sets of 10
Hammer curls X3 sets
Treceps pulldown - biecep pull up X2
Forearm X6 sets |
