| DIET WEEK 3 hi guys i am 3 weeks into my comp diet "test run" lol and i have been so good - i have even surprised myself! Set meals every 2.5 to 3 hours and the only "cheat" i have had is an apple and a pear!
I will try to post pics on here tomorrow - so far abs looking better, Back, bis and shoulders looking good - but legs are SLOW!! I am being patient as i know on fems these are the last bodyparts to catch up but bloody getting impatient!
Also have noticed energy levels are better not worse and i like bland food - how sad am i! |
