| Re: ankle/shin/calf while running Agreed - spend the money on going to see a podiatrist - i just did and it was worth it just to hear him explain what caused my injury - "shin splint" or inflammation of post tib tendon.
It was all down to how i'd been running on my left leg due to tightness in my glutes.
It's fcuked my training and really set me back cause i love running, but at least when the bitch heals it won't be coming back in a hurry...
£40 - 50 is well worth it imo..
