Works very roughly like this 15 min total. - 2 min moderate pace and 2 mins all out pelt. run a few cycles that like and after 10-15 mins you will feel like you want to die. Good for the heart and burning fat, doesn't take long and people say it's good as a 30-40 minuite run. I know i feel better doing HIT over 40 minutes.. |
