some shoulder work ie 3*10
then some triceps like dips/cgbp for 2 sets of 15
That would be a good push day and get you bench up for sure.
Strength comes in waves, you can't push it all the time as your cns can take a beating.
If you try for th 100*1 it will fcuk your cns and make it very hard to progress with the strength.
